OUR PROCESS

1. The prospective customer makes contact with us (either by phone, mail, fax or e-mail)
2. We collate the customer’s details (budget, type of vehicle etc).
3. Our research staff commences the car search through our various channels (car dealers, dealer only auctions, public auctions and wholesalers).
4. If the customer has a trade-in, we can also place this for you.
5. After completion of our extensive search, we will provide you with a short list of the vehicles that suit your requirements.
6. Test drives are then arranged for the customer (we can bring the vehicle to your home or to your work premise).
7. The vehicle you have chosen will then go through a roadworthy inspection, REVS check (clear title), transfer of registration, and if required, will assist with the customers insurance requirements.
8. Accessories / After Market Treatments and Warranties are discussed with the customer. These products can be arranged before the vehicle is delivered to you.
9. The vehicle is then delivered to your door by our professional sales team.
